My company does not have an occupational pension

As is, here’s what will happen in January

All eligible employees will be auto-enrolled into the Government scheme

Both you and your employees will pay exactly 1.5% of salary in contributions.

You’ll have to upskill your HR team to field queries about the new scheme.

You’ll need to build out new Finance & HR processes to stay exempt.
